Associate Tech Lead - AI

At Pixzarloop, our AI delivery team works with enterprises to design and build end-to-end intelligent systems. As Associate Tech Lead - AI, you will lead technical delivery, contribute to architecture decisions, and solve complex engineering problems while guiding senior and junior engineers.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and development of full-stack AI systems end-to-end.
• Drive technical discovery and convert ambiguous problems into clear implementation plans.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders and align on technical direction and risk mitigation.
• Mentor engineering teams and establish quality standards for code and system design.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and choose production-ready approaches for delivery.

What we expect

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years in production software delivery with at least 1+ years on AI solutions.
• Strong experience in Python, TypeScript, cloud platforms, and modern deployment practices.
• Ability to make architecture decisions on real-world systems and communicate clearly.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams and taking ownership for delivery outcomes.
